RAFT should not size itself larger than visible screen

For smaller screen dimensions, RAFT UI should not render past screen boundaries.

This is an important usability issue to me, RAFT is bigger than my screen and I 
can't resize it to fit. Also maximize button does not work.

This is fixed in RAFT3.
