I want to check "Monitoring Tab" for an ELB. Let me pipe it into a command that does something like:

xdg-open 'https://ap-southeast-2.console.aws.amazon.com/ec2/v2/home?region=ap-southeast-2#LoadBalancers:search=foo-bar-loadBala-1UBFXXXKZXLA8;sort=loadBalancerName'
