WooCommerce Memory Suggestion Pop-up

If someone has a large website, the invoicing might be too slow due to memory limitations. We can make a pop-up window that suggests changing the wp-config.php and assigning more memory, allowing our users to fix this issue if their website needs it without them needing to know how to do it.
