I have composer 2.1.5 and PHP 7.4. When I run:

composer require —dev barryvdh/composer-cleanup-plugin

I get this error:

PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Undefined class constant 'POST_PACKAGE_INSTALL' in .../vendor/barryvdh/composer-cleanup-plugin/src/CleanupPlugin.php:62
