Add bao-reqs terms to the glossary

Several terms are used in requirement definitions that are not clearly defined and contextualized. The bao-docs glossary should be updated with the bao-reqs terms
The idea from this stems from the discussion in https://github.com/bao-project/bao-reqs/pull/2.
This is already being addressed in #47
