Broken CI links

There are multiple broken links for CI.
Example, source/development/misra.rst, line 10
I think @josecm let those links pending until we got documentation to handle those entries. Nevertheless, there are some broken links that can be solved. I'll introduce a new fix PR to fix some of them.
Any ideas on how we can avoid this? Should we add CI checks for these warnings?
Maybe we should. Besides something tells me that some of the actions are not triggering any errors (build, spell-check)
