Create single command to run PKE in Vagrant

Create the following commands:
- single node
- two VMs: master and worker
- cleanup
banzaicloud / pke
PKE is an extremely simple CNCF certified Kubernetes installer and distribution, designed to work on any cloud, VM or bare metal.
