Outlook replies insert unexpected additional \n per paragraph, leading to spaced out comments.
If a reply appears to have come from outlook, automatically remove unnecessary whitespace.
bonus: provide action-level setting to turn off changes to text
other ideas: consider detection and correction for missing capitalization, spelling.
