Screen flash on tabbing out

So I used to use fixes and tweaks and whenever I would click a different window nothing would happen, now that I've applied Superwow, whenever i click a new tab, the screen flashes black for a split second upon tabbing out and in
Is there something I can do to fix this or is this a conflict between Superwow and fixes and or tweaks?
