Missing license and version information

There is no version information available.
Update: version is added to index.html as version meta tag:
<meta name="version" content="0.2.0">Still it's nowhere visible, except in the file and it's logged to the debug console during startup Snapweb version 0.2.0
Fixed in v0.6.0
