Add change ownership option to replication destination

Describe the feature you'd like to have.
This is only an idea but add a field to the replication destination allowing change ownership before the snapshot or clone is taken.
Our container already runs with escalated privileges. We could add an optional parameter that would be an environment variable for the pod. If the env variable contains a value that value will be applied to the PVC.
What is the value to the end user? (why is it a priority?)
How will we know we have a good solution? (acceptance criteria)
