Would like to add a common tag prefix for all language tags created by the language tags processor.

🎤 Context

Linguist currently adds all sorts of tags to our entities, but for backstage users who are not familiar with all the different programming languages out there, it's hard for them to know what these tags mean.

A solution would be some extra processor config which lets us have the tag show up as lang:java instead of just java

One extra option which allows for a string prefix on created tags.
