Jack are checked on Schieben during Ramsch

During a Schieberamsch game if a player doesn't look into the Skat the check for discarding Jacks is done and an error dialog appears.
Jacks should be able to be pushed to the next opponent if the player doesn't look into the skat.
Fixed with #172
