four levels, appropriately guard the gql and REST apis as appropriate
- readonly (can still modify personal collections & playlists, can't make global ones)
- collector (can modify global collections & playlists)
- editor (can modify all metadata)
- administrator
once this is implemented, can set up a simple demo site with some uncopyrighted music and give out readonly credentials, maybe set up CD too for fun
