now playing page

- essentially a more "now playing-ish" page like the ones on mobile players
- show both current track information and the current play queue
- allow for queue clearing & modifications
- if we allow for queue reordering, we need a way to ensure that current playing track is uninterrupted (maybe this is trivial, maybe not)
