redo the color palette

need to re-do the dark color palette. I'm thinking to just strip all colors from the theme and go through all the components, applying colors where proper
jjjthe current light palette is hapazardly slapped together and also doesn't work. to create a real light palette, we probably have to ditch the poop primary color but can find a nice alternative
adjusted some colors for the dark theme; i think it's okay for now
going to revisit this in 0.3.0 instead of 0.2.0
