AVIRIS L2 Activator requires upgrade interact with the fresh Franklin.

There is an extra_fields param that can be used to generate STAC-rc.x compatible items, see 1.0-rcX in pystac using the extra_fields property as recommended here: stac-utils/pystac#293 (comment)
