Add standard language describing services to Company page

These are examples of the ways we refer to ourselves across different applications/project websites:

ImpactView Philadelphia is a project of Drexel University’s graduate Arts Administration program. The project is led by professor and research director Neville Vakharia. Open Civic Data Standards is maintained by Azavea, a B Corporation that applies geospatial technology, data analytics, and research for positive civic, social, and environmental impact.
Let's define a few standard options. Each situation will differ, but by providing options we can aim to standardize most situations.
Example idea:
Azavea provided the software engineering and design services for this application.
@lossyrob: I'm trying to find the best way to tackle this discussion. This could potentially involve people across multiple teams.
The general goal is to establish a standard default for reference to Azavea on product marketing websites, Azavea subdomains, and client projects that will be included on the Company page of the branding guide. Each situation may necessitate different copy, but it would be great to have a standard default, likely similar to the Azavea mission statement.
I think a short form and a long form standard would do it. We could decide on one, and if folk want to change it later that's fine, but getting the initial pass down probably doesn't need to be a broader conversation.

Long form:
Software and Design by Azavea: advancing the state of the art in geospatial technologies and applying it to civic, social and environmental impact.
