Touch - Timeline doesn't work with touch

Timeline won't jump to date on touch.
Correction, it does work, just have to tap twice on the same point, which is really hard with fat fingers on the crowded portions of the timeline.
@davidheyman Fixed, need approval as I increased the size of the dots (on touchscreens only) to 11px (13px on selected) and the width of each day to 20px.
