Describe the feature
Provide an S3 Transfer Manager found in most other AWS SDKs (e.g. Java V2).
Is your Feature Request related to a problem?
It would be great to have an out of the box solution that encapsulates best practices for achieving a performant and reliable S3 transfer manager.
