switch examples to virtual-hosted-style URL?

Given the recent posting of Amazon S3 Path Deprecation Plan – The Rest of the Story, should the examples in the README and on the screenshots switch to the strategic virtual-hosted-style URL? Maybe even highlight the path-style URL has been deprecated and reference that post?
