Error with source data sourcing

I am running on my local computer where I have admin access to both buckets.
I am getting the following error:

$ ./s3tar-linux-amd64 --region us-east-1 --create -vvv --file s3://source-us-east-1/test1.tar s3://destination-us-east-1/
