Make docker image available for amazon-ecr-credential-helper itself

Could AWS please make a docker image containing the static amazon-ecr-credential-helper binary available from e.g. the public ECR gallery?
This would allow it to be easily used as a Talos extension https://www.talos.dev/v1.4/advanced/customizing-the-root-filesystem/
