GitHub Codespaces Compatibility: sqlite Backend

In order to support GitHub Codespaces development, through a combination of GitHub Packages + GitHub Codespaces based on this containers:

Would it be possible to support sqlite as optional backend, and have a single container / Docker file spinned?
