This template will create a sample end-to-end stack suitable for starting with the Virtual Waiting Room stacks. This template will create infrastructure and Upstream Redirection Getting Started Guide will use this in its discussion.

We may need to used to supply domain names and certificates for this to demonstrate the redirections between the target site and waiting room.
