Emit a CloudWatch metric with each resource type as a different dimension.
Send as anonymous metric.
Provide opt-out in template and/or by disabling CloudWatch rule.

Hourly metrics generated for CloudWatch using 14 different resource types and stack name as dimensions.

Reporting Lambda sends anonymous max inventory size for past 24 hours to Solutions Builders.
Disable anonymous reporting using Mapping in template or disabling Reporting job in EventBridge.

Potential uses for cost tracking or resource management:
Configure anomaly detector alarm for resource counts to alarm when resource counts change suddenly.
Configure max alarm if no more than X channels should be created in a single account.
Composite if counts are not equal, meaning medialive, mediapackage and cloudfront distro counts should be equal
