Envoy prometheus metric of type Histogram not getting exported by otlp exporter

Hello Team,
I am using Prometheus receiver with otlp exporter to send metrics to NewRelic . I can see all metrics reported except envoy_cluster_external_upstream_rq_time_sum which is of Histogram type. I think issue is at exporter end since in Collector logs I can see envoy_cluster_external_upstream_rq_time data.
