Make Ocarina available via CocoaPods

Ocarina is a great lib. It would be nice if we could install it via CocoaPods.

I'm working on it, however, I'm running into issues with CocoaPods and the libXML2 module map.

I'm still having issues getting it to work. I have some more free time in a few weeks and I will give it a go again.
