Automatic tools to enrich the data entries

At the starting point, each data entry is organized into a catagory with several schema fields,
which were summarized with reference to Project Open Data and frictionlessdata.io.
However, the entry fields are sparse for now. I think we require an automatic tool/toolset to fulfilll the lost info:
- Some declared fileds such as image
- Related publications added to sources
- Related open source code added to sources
- and more.
