Required skills and experiences

• You have experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript with 7+ years of experience in this field
• 2+ years of experience with smart contracts development
• You have built mobile first experiences
• You have experience building full features end to end
• You have some experience with ReactJS, NextJS, TypeScript, and/or CSS in JS
• You have strong knowledge of cryptography and blockchain protocols
• You respect the need for strong security and thorough testing for Web3 development
• You have experience with smart contracts and integrations with blockchain wallets; ethers.js and multi-chain integration a plus
• You can implement solutions that are user responsive and efficient
• You have experience with testing and debugging
• You have experience with coaching and mentoring other developers
• Fluent English

Job overview and responsibility

you'll be responsible for building and maintaining web applications. You'll work with peers in the development team, as well as UX/UI designers and graphic designers. You'll work to deliver consistent end-to-end and reliable web experiences. You'll work with our designers to improve usability for our customers. You'll optimize web design for mobile and other platforms for maximum speed. You'll work with designers to ensure high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency. Ultimately, your work will have a direct impact on the user experience of our guild members and our gaming partners.

What You Will Do

• Interpreting product specifications and identifying website user requirements
• Creating timeframes and work schedules to meet deadlines
• Communicating effectively with product/design and teams
• Debugging websites and ensuring software documentation is updated
• Establishing and following software patterns for security, maintainability, and testability
• Participating in software architecture decisions
• Establishing strong professional relationships
• Conducting research and keeping abreast of web 2 / 3 standards
• Developing web2 and web3 features end to end
• Supervising junior web developers, analyzing
