[ Neko / Windows / Flash ] - view3D position and size

view3D.x
no effect on Neko / Windows - works fine targeting Flash
view3D.y
no effect on Neko / Windows / Flash
view3D.width / view3D.height
Do not behave as espected on Neko & Windows - works fine targeting Flash
Instead of changing the area where the view has to be rendered it keeps the view
at 100% and do a rescale.
