What is the bug?: The dashboard is dashed. Not loading characters, tomes, packs, gvars, or anything from the looks of it.
Severity: High (a broken feature)
Steps to reproduce: Try to load the dashboard.
Browser: Version 80.0.3987.149 (Official Build) (64-bit) with reports from others as well
System: Windows 7
Context: avrae.io/dashboard and all subpages.
