Enable/Disable moving/zooming function

There is a way disable moving/zooming function ?

The idea is to activate moving/zooming function after a long press for example, with this you can use it in scroll view.

There is no such function for now. But you can implement and create PR with it.

While any view should have proper gestures support to be used within scroll view, this scenario for Kropview is not limited just to turning flags on/off, but rather requires a deep design-solution investigation.
Since it's the old issue, and there is no activity here, I close it.
