Dont worked on FreeScout 1.8.109

After installation there is no menu in the settings. There are no errors in the logs either.

LAMP: Apache 2.4.57/PHP 7.4.33.

@servalmc is this still an issue for you?

I'm running the latest version of FreeScout v1.8.126 and I can see "Themes" in my Settings menu.
