UI Redesign - Mobile - Groups

Description
The task is to implement the new design for the screens displayed when on the Groups tab in the mobile app. These screens include:
- The main groups screen that displays all groups
- Creating a new group
- Editing a group
- Seeing everything you have sent to a group (would be nice to have but not needed)
Assets and Design Screens
All assets and design screens have already been created.
- The Figma Groups design can be found here
- The Assets required can be found in 203.zip
- Note: this card is also associated with #201 #221 #222
