UI Redesign - Mobile - Home and Send Screens

Description
The task is to implement the new design for the screens displayed when on the Home tab in the mobile app. These screens include:

• The welcome screen that shows your atSign
• The file selection feature on the home screen
• The "send to" screen that appears when selecting who to send files to
• The confirmation screen that files have successfully been sent
• The error screen displayed when files are not sent successfully

Assets and Design Screens
All assets and design screens have already been created.
