UI Redesign - Desktop - Home and Send Screens

Description
The task is to implement the new design for the screens displayed when on the Home tab in the desktop app. These screens include:

• The welcome screen that shows your atSign
• The file selection feature on the home screen
• The "send to" screen that appears when selecting who to send files to
• The confirmation screen that files have successfully been sent
• The error screen displayed when files are not sent successfully

Assets and Design Screens
All assets and design screens have already been created.

Hi, I am Interested and happy to contribute to this issue, but I need some time to complete it as it requires handling responsiveness, also can you please consider it the tag to hacktoberfest-special because it will take me a considerable time?

@anmol-Git Responsiveness would be a bonus however, if for not you implemented it without, that would be okay too. I will speak to our team with regards to changing the tag
