codecov not refreshing properly

Code coverage doesn't seem to be updating when PRs are merged. The Codecov repo link shows Tplyr as deactivated (https://app.codecov.io/gh/atorus-research/tplyr).
I manually checked code coverage using {covr} yesterday and we're still just about at 90%, but we should get this back to running with PRs.
