The old link points to the now-outdated (thanks Kabam) http://forums.wildshadow.com/node/14889.
Current possible alternatives include israphial's "RotMG Fitting Room" topic and Sannlin's "Quick Q&A + Useful Links" topic, though making your own thread or linking to the issues page instead may be better alternatives.
