Add types to Gherkin well-known steps

Currently the Gherkin well-known steps we provide do not have type information. The typedoc and overall experience for users would be improved if they did.

Added types to the handler well-known steps but adding them to the project well-known steps is resulting in a stack overflow exception. Looking into that.
