Hi again!
watcher 1.0.7 errors when building on the node 10.2 and 10.3 but master builds just fine since it has the latest node-pre-gyp. Cutting a new release would be greatly appreciated!

I'd like to get #152 merged first, because it addresses some crashing we've seen in 
-land. Hopefully I'll get to that and cut a new release later today 🤞
