allow to prefer UNIX style paths for click-to-copy-path on windows

We should be allowed to specify (via package option) to prefer unix-style path separators (/ instead of \) when copying file path to clipboard on Windows.
Would save a lot of developer time.

Not sure why the issue above couldn't be resolved with a user option, as well.
