VisualFizzler help leads to a non-existent web page

Run VisualFizzler and then select Contents from the Help menu. A browser opens up pointing to http://fizzler.googlecode.com/ but which yields a 404 from the web server.

http://fizzler.googlecode.com/ was the old home for the project before retirement of Google Code Project Hosting. VisualFizzler should instead send the user to the new home.
