Set up MapViewController Navigation buttons UI.
Acceptance criteria:
User should see three buttons on top of the Map Screen:
- Category Button, which should open the Category screen
- Photo button, which should open the camera action sheet
- Navigation button, which should switch between discovery/follow modes
