Extented temperature range possible for Xiaomi Mi sensor?

Hi Aaron, really excellent work done on the custom firmware for the Xiaomi Mi temperature sensor.
In this sensor the component measuring the temperature, is the SHT45 chip of the Swiss company Sensiruon. This chip is able to measure temperatures between -40 to +125C
Does the custom ATC firmware also temperatures below 0C and above 60C, or could this be implemented?
Xiaomi's stock firmware only supports the 0-60C range.
