Go 1.22 based images updated to Go 1.22 series instead of 1.22.0

These PRs updated unstable images from Go 1.22rc2 to 1.22 (series) instead of 1.22.0 (specific release version):
I'll need to manually update those images to specify 1.22.0 in order to convey the intent that specific point releases are intended instead of whatever happens to be the latest at the time the unstable images are built.
