LOcal Time on 2nd App not shown correctly

When i set 1st place, I get Time from the city I fill in.
2nd Place, perhaps in Europe, I get wrong time. The App shows me the time from 1st place. (perhaps: NY)
Same problem here. When I try to change my location, the map screen is too large for my screen and unable to resize it to get to the button at the bottom. I also am getting an hour from the last location used. Unable to change the location. Very frustrating!
Same problem, the second location takes the first location time.
