Chore: Update Database Start page to reflect new theme and utilize batch transactions

Currently the DBStartPage/Done pages is very simple, and based on studio-template-blog and does not match the new dashboard.

Update the DBStartPage/Done pages to conform to the new design
Additional context
This will be the last of the main dashboard upgrades!
