direct sampling mode

At low frequencies, we need to set direct sampling mode. I don't know exactly how to do this, but I'm pretty sure it's possible.

Looking at some data we took with an LWA antenna this afternoon, it looks like all the data with center frequency <= 26 MHz does not work properly. I'm not sure if it's a center frequency limit, or the lowest frequency in the band.
