Mount not updating

Hello,
I'm using version 0.7.30 but am experiencing a problem whereby the mount is not updating - only files updated or added about five weeks ago appear on the mount. I've tried unmounting, clearing the cache and rebooting to no effect.

Somehow I'd ended up with a local (hence out of date) copy of the google drive content in the same dir as the dir I was trying to mount on - and each time I was only seeing the local copy.
